At KR Golf Solutions we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are
not satisfied with your Swingnature and need to return it, we're here to help.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, please complete
the
RMA Form to get an RMA Number and return informtion. We cannot accept any
returns without an authorized RMA Number. Item(s) will be rejected if shipped to
our location without a proper RMA Number. Only KR Golf Solutions Inc. can accept
returns. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on
all non-defective item(s).
KR Golf Solutions Inc. will not accept any item(s) where the customer induced dings,
chips, marks, scratches, bent or broken shafts and/or grips. If we receive such
item(s), it will be returned at customers expense.

Refund Method
Your refund will be issued with-in 5-7 business days after we receive your authorized
return item(s).
Return Shipping
Ground shipping will be covered by KR Golf Solutions Inc. on warranty and defective
items only. Customers are responsible for shipping all authorized return item(s)
back to KR Golf Solutions Inc. We recommend using FedEx or USP to return your item(s).
Software & eBooks:Software & eBooks:
Unfortunately we cannot refund any ebooks purchased or software that has been opened
after purchase .
