Warranty
KR Golf Solutions Inc. provides a 90-day limited warranty which covers all
defects in materials, workmanship, manufacturing defects or failure from normal
usage.
Hitting Golf Balls
Swingnature has not been designed to hit real or practice golf balls with.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- the striking of golf balls or any other object
- ground impact
- failure to follow instructions provided at http://my.swingnature.com in regards to
Swingnature usage or maintenance
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or lost
merchandise. This warranty does not cover Swingnature units purchased from non authorized
dealers, auction or auction websites not approved by KR Golf Solutions Inc. Provide
proof of purchase when dealing with warranty issues.
On-Line Purchases

Purchased online, call Swingnature at 647-477-5533 (Monday through Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm excluding holidays) to obtain an a Return Authorization Number or click
here to use our online form.

Send the defective Swingnature along with your proof of purchase to the address
given with the Return Authorization Number at the customer's expense.

3.

If KR Golf Solutions agrees that Swingnature is defective, we will send you a new
swingnature within five (5) business days of receiving the defective Swingnature
product.

4.

If KR Golf Solutions agrees that Swingnature requires repair or replacement due
to a non-warranty failure, a customer service representativewe will call you with
the estimated costs.

5.
|
Warranty Policy covers Swingnature units sold online.
