Video Playback System

At My.Swingnature.com all videos are played back using the Microsoft Silverlight technology. It appears that you do not have Silverlight installed on your computer.

Please click here to install Silverlight for your computer. If you are unable to install Microsoft Silverlight on your computer, please email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@SWINGNATURE.COM.

When complete, close and restart your browser, then go to http://my.swingnature.com to re-login. You should now be able to view all of the training videos

NOTE: we cannot offer installation support for Microsoft Silverlight.

Installation Instructions

For Windows Internet Explorer users: The browser will prompt you to either run or save the installation file (Silverlight.exe). Click Run to start the download. When the download is finished, the browser prompts you again to run the installer. Click Run to start the installation. Note that you must have sufficient administrative privileges to install Silverlight.

For Mozilla Firefox users: Save Silverlight.exe to your hard disk. Once the download is finished, click Open. The installation starts.

After Installation Completed

After Silverlight has been installed, close your browser, and re-open. Navigate to http://my.swingnature.com to login. Click the "Swingnature Training" link, and you should see the video player load the introduction video.

If you do not see the video player, make sure that the Silverlight installation was successful. If you continue to have issues, please contact us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@SWINGNATURE.COM.
